Wow what a truly uprooting experience I had with Ruby. What was achieved in 6 weeks blows my mind. Ruby held so much space for me, whatever emotions I was experiencing. From tears to break through everything felt like such a celebration of love.
I loved the suggestive homework tasks Rubs left me with at the end of each session and there was always support between each session as blockages or thoughts came up.
